Shared the great opportunity of planting a church in Matamoros with church planter Federico Hermosillo

Worked with church planter Hermosillo until Federico decided to step down

Established pastor Juan Roque as church planter to take his place. On March 6, 1994, Las Palmas church was dedicated in Matamoros

Was commissioned by The Fellowship Bible EFC of Waco, Texas to oversee a ministry to the Aztec Indians with Pastor Ladislau Hernandez

Traveled with a group of pastors to visit mega churches throughout the border and Monterrey areas of Mexico in order to develop a church planting strategy. These visits culminated in the Mega church planting approach

hEstablished  churches Chihuahua with pastor Nehemias Ortega

Built Christian Ag Center in San Jose, Babicora, Chihauhua

Directed many American church mission work groups and medical clinics
